AWAKENING TO GRIEF

As human beings we have carried grief and loss in our body and bones from the beginning of time. It is part of our spiritual, emotional and physiological makeup on a cellular level as in all of nature. We are wired for loss. And when someone we love dies, grief happens as surely as the sun rises and sets.
